[agent\_craft] Answering with code snippets that are never persisted to disk

Use Write/Edit tools to create or modify files; treat text responses as explanations, not deliverables.

Journey Context:
A code block in chat is inert. If the user asked for a change, the agent must make the change. The common trap is generating a beautiful explanation and stopping. Tools like Write and Edit are the only path that affects the filesystem. This seems obvious but is a frequent failure mode for agents trained on chat-first behavior.
