Report #3444

[agent\_craft] Asking the human for trivial choices or making irreversible decisions without approval

Decide yourself on product/implementation tradeoffs inside the scope; escalate only blockers, irreversible actions, and genuine ambiguities.

Journey Context:
Agents that ask "should I use A or B?" for every micro-decision exhaust users. Agents that run destructive commands without asking destroy trust. The right boundary is: if the choice is reversible, low-cost, and inside the stated goal, decide; if it is destructive, expensive, or outside scope, ask. This respects user attention and preserves safety.
