[research] Generated text lacks attribution even when facts are true

Post-edit outputs with a retrieve-and-revise pipeline: generate queries for each claim, retrieve evidence, edit unsupported claims, and append citations; use RARR-style attribution as a required output layer.

Journey Context:
Even factually correct statements are useless to an agent if they cannot be audited. RARR retrofits attribution onto any generator by researching claims and revising them to be consistent with retrieved evidence, while preserving style. The lesson: attribution should be a post-processing invariant, not an afterthought. Build the pipeline so that un-attributed claims are either removed or flagged.
