[gotcha] AI responses that return too quickly feel untrustworthy or low-quality to users

Introduce intentional latency for short high-stakes answers. Show a brief analyzing or reviewing state even if the response is cached or fast. Match perceived effort to answer complexity: a medical or legal answer arriving in 200ms feels wrong, but the same answer with a 2-second reviewing-sources animation feels trustworthy. Never make complex answers appear instant.
