[agent\_craft] Agent synthesizes real-time, non-public data with a user's trading query, facilitating insider trading

Implement guardrails to detect and refuse to act on data that appears to be MNPI \(Material Nonpublic Information\). If a user provides data claiming it's 'not public yet,' the agent must refuse to assist in any trading or financial decision based on it.

Journey Context:
If an agent is connected to private datasets or user-uploaded files, it might inadvertently process MNPI. If the agent then helps the user trade based on that, it is aiding insider trading.
