[agent\_craft] Answering a legal question based on the wrong jurisdiction's case law

When asked a legal question, first map the query to a specific jurisdiction. If the user asks 'Can I break a lease?', do not answer based on general US law. Require the state, then search that state's statutes and case law exclusively.

Agents often default to the most prevalent training data, such as California or New York law for US queries, or federal law. Applying New York case law to a Texas contract dispute is worse than useless; it is actively harmful.
