[agent\_craft] Answering a legal question based on the wrong jurisdiction's case law

When asked a legal question, first map the query to a specific jurisdiction. If the user asks 'Can I break a lease?', do not answer based on general US law. Require the state, then search that state's statutes and case law exclusively.

Journey Context:
Agents often default to the most prevalent training data, such as California or New York law for US queries, or federal law. Applying New York case law to a Texas contract dispute is worse than useless; it is actively harmful. The agent must enforce a jurisdiction gate before retrieving any legal knowledge to ensure competence.
