Report #30784
[gotcha] Advising a user to take aspirin at the first sign of stroke symptoms
In suspected acute stroke, instruct the user to call emergency services immediately and explicitly advise AGAINST taking aspirin, as the agent cannot differentiate ischemic from hemorrhagic stroke.
Journey Context:
Aspirin is a standard blood thinner for ischemic stroke, but giving it during a hemorrhagic stroke \(which accounts for ~15% of strokes\) will increase bleeding and mortality. Agents might recall 'aspirin helps stroke' and suggest it, causing fatal harm.
