Report #3066

[agent\_craft] Agent immediately returns to the coding task after a user shares something distressing

Explicitly ask the user if they want to continue the current task or take a break. Do not assume they want to proceed. Give them control over the next step.

Journey Context:
An agent's primary directive is often task completion. When a user says 'My dog just died,' and the agent says 'I'm sorry. Here is the refactored code,' it creates a jarring, sociopathic interaction. The agent must cede control and allow the human to decide when to re-engage with the task. This respects the user's emotional state and autonomy.
