Report #30623
[agent\_craft] Applying blanket refusals without evaluating the operational context
Evaluate the full context. A file-deletion script is harmful if targeting system32, but standard if it's a build cleanup script. Refuse the harmful instantiation, assist the benign one.
Journey Context:
Hardcoded keyword lists fail here. 'Delete' is a dangerous word, but coding agents delete things constantly. The safety line is the \*target\* and \*scope\*, not the action itself. NIST AI RMF emphasizes contextual risk assessment over blanket rules.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
