[agent\_craft] Storing or logging user's specific legal or financial details

Implement ephemeral processing for any session handling specific legal facts, financial account details, or tax information. Do not persist these details in memory or logs. Clearly state that the agent does not preserve confidential information and cannot establish attorney-client privilege.

Journey Context:
Agents often log conversations for training or debugging. If a user shares confidential legal facts or financial data, and the agent logs it, the agent breaks confidentiality. Furthermore, an AI cannot form attorney-client privilege \(as per various bar association opinions\). The agent must explicitly warn the user that privilege does not apply and architecturally ensure sensitive data is not persisted.
