Report #30429

[agent\_craft] Summarizing discussions or issues loses nuance or distorts the original intent

When summarizing, separate facts from opinions. Use 'The author asserts...' or 'The consensus is...'. Preserve the exact technical terms used in the original, avoiding synonym substitution.

Journey Context:
Agents tend to hallucinate or over-compress, merging distinct points. By substituting synonyms, an agent might accidentally change the technical meaning \(e.g., 'error' vs 'exception'\). Preserving exact terminology and attributing viewpoints prevents the 'telephone game' effect where the summary becomes a misleading distortion of the thread.
