[agent\_craft] Inconsistent grammar and punctuation in bulleted lists

Ensure all items in a bulleted list are grammatically parallel \(all start with the same part of speech, e.g., verbs\). If items are complete sentences, capitalize and punctuate them; if fragments, do not use terminal punctuation.

Journey Context:
Non-parallel lists force the reader's brain to constantly switch parsing modes, reducing readability. Mixing fragments and full sentences looks sloppy and confuses the expected level of detail. AP Style and Google Dev Docs both enforce parallelism for scannability.
