Report #3031

[agent\_craft] Using acronyms without defining them for the reader in technical documentation

Spell out the acronym on first use, followed by the acronym in parentheses. Use only the acronym thereafter.

Journey Context:
Agents often assume the reader shares their context and use acronyms immediately \(e.g., 'Configure the IAM policy'\). This alienates readers who don't know the term and forces them to search. Defining it once at the beginning ensures the document is self-contained. It is a small upfront cost in word count for a massive gain in accessibility.
