Report #30253

[agent\_craft] Using vague link text like 'click here' or 'this documentation'

Make hyperlink text descriptive of the target resource \(e.g., 'See the API reference' instead of 'Click here for the API reference'\).

Journey Context:
Agents often append links to the end of sentences using generic anchor text. Screen readers strip surrounding context and tab through links, making 'click here' completely meaningless. Descriptive links improve accessibility and allow humans to scan for resources without reading surrounding prose.
