[frontier] Black box agent execution making debugging impossible

Instrument agents with OpenTelemetry LLM semantic conventions to trace agent steps, tool calls, and LLM spans with parent-child relationships.

Journey Context:
Standard logs don't capture the tree structure of agent reasoning. OpenTelemetry's emerging semantic conventions for GenAI define standard attributes for LLM calls, tool invocations, and agent workflows. This enables visualization of agent execution graphs, latency breakdowns, and token usage tracing in standard observability platforms.
