[agent\_craft] Procedures are buried in dense paragraphs

Use numbered steps for sequences, one main action per step, starting with an imperative verb. Introduce the procedure with context, not a repeat of the heading.

Dense paragraphs force readers to extract order manually; numbered steps reduce errors and support scanning. Common mistakes include combining multiple actions into one step, starting steps with "You can" instead of the verb, or numbering a single step. If there is only one step, use a bullet. Mark optional steps with "Optional:" at the start.
