[agent\_craft] Docs use formal or obscure words that slow readers down

Pick the everyday word over the Latinate one: use "use" instead of "utilize", "help" instead of "facilitate", and "start" instead of "commence". Keep specialist terms only when they carry precise meaning.

Journey Context:
Formal word choice does not make content more authoritative; it adds cognitive load, especially for non-native readers. Plain language is not about dumbing down, it is about removing unnecessary exclusivity. The trap is replacing one vague word with another. If a specialist term is the exact concept your reader needs, define it and use it consistently.
