[agent\_craft] Acronyms appear without ever being spelled out

Spell out the full term on first reference, put the abbreviation in parentheses, then use the abbreviation. Skip expansion only for universally recognized terms such as API, URL, and HTML.

Journey Context:
Acronyms save space for insiders but create a cold start for everyone else. The common mistake is defining a term once in a long document and never again, or using internal codenames in user-facing text. If the abbreviation is as well known as API, spelling it out adds noise; otherwise, the first expansion is cheap inclusivity. Be consistent within a page or thread.
