[agent\_craft] Passive voice hides who does what in technical steps

Write instructions in active voice with the actor as the subject. Use "Click Save" instead of "Save is clicked." Reserve passive voice for when the actor is unknown or irrelevant.

Journey Context:
Passive voice forces readers to reconstruct responsibility, which slows task execution and increases misclicks. Many writers default to passive because it sounds formal, but in procedures the user is usually the actor. Active voice also exposes gaps: if you cannot name the actor, the step is probably underspecified. Exceptions include system behaviours, error messages, or when the object matters more than the actor.
