Report #28846

[agent\_craft] Hedging or apologizing in automated communications \(e.g., 'I'm sorry, but I couldn't find the file'\)

State the fact directly without apology or hedging \(e.g., 'The file was not found'\). Use 'cannot' or 'failed to' instead of 'I'm afraid I can't'.

Journey Context:
Agents are often tuned to be polite, leading to apologies or hedging \('It seems like...', 'I think...'\). In technical communication, this adds noise, undermines trust, and wastes the user's time. State the system state clearly and objectively. If an action fails, report the failure and the next actionable step, not an emotional apology.
