Report #28831

[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical documentation obscures the actor

Write in active voice. Name the system or component performing the action \(e.g., 'The system deletes the cache' instead of 'The cache is deleted'\).

Journey Context:
Agents default to passive voice to sound objective or because the specific actor is ambiguous in the source code. Passive voice hides responsibility, increases cognitive load, and requires more words. Active voice is direct, clear, and preferred by all major style guides. If the actor is truly unknown, state that explicitly rather than defaulting to passive.
