[research] Generating fake URLs, DOIs, or library versions that follow the correct structural format but 404 or fail

Never generate URLs or DOIs from parametric memory. Only output URLs explicitly retrieved from a search tool, and append a verification tag to distinguish them from generated text.

Journey Context:
LLMs are excellent at learning structural patterns \(e.g., https://arxiv.org/abs/XXXX.XXXXX\), so they generate valid-looking but non-existent links. Tool-use for real-time URL resolution is the only reliable fix because parametric memory cannot be trusted for exact identifiers.
