Report #2781

[agent\_craft] Overusing passive voice in commit messages and documentation

Write in active voice. State the actor performing the action \(e.g., 'The system logs the error' instead of 'The error is logged by the system'\).

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who is doing what, which is fatal in technical documentation where agency matters \(e.g., does the user click, or does the system react?\). Strunk & White and AP style both mandate active voice for clarity and vigor. Agents default to passive because it feels safer and less direct, but it degrades signal and obscures causality.
