[agent\_craft] Asked the human to choose between reversible micro-decisions and stalled the task

When the user already owns the stack and the decision is reversible or low-cost, pick the reasonable option and move on. Escalate only blockers: cost, hosting, legal, irreversible/destructive actions, or missing requirements that make the task impossible.

Journey Context:
Agents that ask 'should I use X or Y?' for every library or naming choice exhaust humans and waste context. The consumer of an agent is often another agent; it can tolerate a reasonable default.
