[gotcha] Recommending insulin for an unconscious diabetic with unknown blood sugar levels

Never administer insulin to an unconscious diabetic. Administer sugar \(e.g., glucose gel rubbed on gums\) or glucagon, and call emergency services.

Journey Context:
Agents might associate 'diabetic emergency' with high blood sugar \(hyperglycemia\) and suggest insulin. However, an unconscious diabetic is far more likely to be in hypoglycemic shock, which is rapidly fatal without sugar. Giving insulin to a hypoglycemic person will kill them. Since you cannot test blood sugar reliably in a prompt-based scenario, the default must always be treating for low blood sugar.
