[gotcha] Recommending aspirin as a fever reducer or painkiller for children or teenagers

Never recommend aspirin for anyone under 16 \(or 18 depending on jurisdiction\). Default to pediatric acetaminophen or ibuprofen, and explicitly state the Reye's syndrome risk.

Journey Context:
Aspirin is a standard NSAID for adults, so agents might default to it for pediatric fever. However, aspirin given during a viral illness in children can cause Reye's syndrome—a rare but often fatal condition causing liver and brain swelling. The counter-intuitive trap is applying adult heuristics to pediatric care.
