[counterintuitive] Asking the model to 'think silently' or hide reasoning

Use native tool loops \(e.g., \`scratchpad\` tool, or internal monologue tags if supported\) or reasoning models that natively hide the chain of thought. If using a standard model, emit reasoning in a structured format \(like \`\` tags\) and only display the final answer to the user.
