Report #266

[architecture] Which Schema.org JSON-LD types meaningfully improve how AI crawlers understand a page?

Prefer specific, high-signal types over generic \`WebPage\`: \`SoftwareApplication\`, \`FAQPage\`, \`HowTo\`, \`TechArticle\`, \`Dataset\`, \`Course\`, \`Organization\`, and \`WebSite\` with a \`SearchAction\` sitelinks entry. Use \`@context: https://schema.org\`, place the JSON-LD in \`\`, and validate with Google's Rich Results Test.

Journey Context:
Generic \`Article\` or \`WebPage\` markup satisfies basic SEO checklists but wastes the structured-data channel. AI crawlers use schema to disambiguate entities, extract Q&A pairs, and surface software attributes. The anti-pattern is adding low-information markup just to pass a linter. Specific types require more editorial discipline but return much higher signal per byte.
