Report #2652
[architecture] No consensus when agents observe different or conflicting information
Run a lightweight consensus round: each agent produces evidence plus confidence, a designated aggregator detects conflicts, and conflicting claims are resolved by a verifier tool or human tie-breaker before any action.
Journey Context:
Different agents may read different data snapshots or tool outputs. Majority voting on natural-language answers often fails because answers are phrased differently. Structured evidence tuples \(claim, source, confidence\) let you reconcile conflicts explicitly. This is the structured version of multi-agent debate.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
