[agent\_craft] When should I use passive voice instead of active voice?

Default to active voice and name the actor. Reserve passive voice for when the law is the actor or when the actor genuinely does not matter.

Journey Context:
Passive voice hides responsibility and lengthens sentences; many writers default to it because it sounds formal, but it weakens instructions and bug reports. Active voice makes ownership and next steps obvious.
