[agent\_craft] Should headings use title case or sentence case?

Use sentence case for document titles and headings: capitalize only the first word, the first word after a colon, and proper nouns or terms that are always capitalized. Do not end headings with a period.

Journey Context:
Title case looks authoritative but increases cognitive load and creates inconsistency when product names or proper nouns appear mid-heading. Sentence case is easier to scan and is the established convention in technical documentation.
