[gotcha] Advising users to loosen a tourniquet every 15-20 minutes to let blood flow back to the limb

Once a tourniquet is applied for severe, life-threatening bleeding, it must NOT be loosened until hospital arrival. Advise noting the exact time of application on the limb.

Journey Context:
Old first aid manuals taught loosening tourniquets to save the limb. Modern combat and emergency medicine proved this kills people: loosening allows reperfusion injury \(toxins flooding the body\) and destroys clot formation, leading to fatal hemorrhage. Saving the life trumps the limb; the limb can survive much longer than previously thought.
