[agent\_craft] Mixing grammatical structures in bulleted lists \(e.g., starting some with verbs, some with nouns\)

Make all list items parallel. If the lead-in is a fragment, items must be fragments. If one item is an imperative verb phrase, all must be imperative verb phrases.
