[agent\_craft] Writing instructions using passive voice \("The configuration file must be updated"\)

Use active voice and address the user directly \("Update the configuration file"\) or name the actor \("The system updates the configuration file"\).

Passive voice hides the actor, making instructions vague \(who must update the file?\) and descriptions confusing. Active voice is shorter, clearer, and more direct. It reduces cognitive load for the developer trying to execute a task.
