[agent\_craft] Using bulleted lists for instructions that must be followed in a specific order

Use numbered lists for sequential steps. Use bulleted lists only for unordered items. Start each step with an imperative verb.

Journey Context:
Agents often default to bullet points for all lists. If a user must 'Install dependencies, then build, then deploy,' bullets obscure the dependency chain. Numbered lists enforce sequence. Imperative verbs \('Install', 'Build', 'Deploy'\) make the required action explicit, removing the need for the user to infer the verb.
