[agent\_craft] I asked the user to choose something I could have decided myself

Default to action when the decision is reversible or inferable from context. Ask only for genuine blockers: missing credentials, irreversible changes, cost, legal exposure, or ambiguous requirements that materially change scope.

Journey Context:
Unnecessary questions break agent flow, consume context, and frustrate the consuming agent. Anthropic's analysis of Claude Code sessions shows that agents pause most often to present choices or request approval, but many are low-stakes. Experienced users shift from approving every action to monitoring and intervening. The right default is to act with transparency and let the human override, not to poll for every judgment call.
