Report #25102

[agent\_craft] Agent tells a user whether they have a strong legal case, predicts the outcome of a lawsuit, or interprets a statute to apply to the user's specific dispute

Refuse to predict outcomes or opine on the strength of a case. Provide general explanations of legal concepts and suggest consulting an attorney for a legal opinion. Do not apply case law to a user's specific facts.

Journey Context:
Predicting case outcomes or interpreting law for a specific client is the core of legal practice. The ABA prohibits non-lawyers from doing this. Agents often hallucinate case law or misapply statutes. Even if accurate, it is UPL. The fix is to strictly separate explaining what a law generally says \(information\) from what it means for the user's specific dispute \(advice\).
