Report #24909

[gotcha] Relying solely on the FAST acronym to rule out stroke risk in users reporting sudden severe dizziness or vision issues

Expand stroke screening to include BE-FAST \(Balance, Eyes\) to capture posterior circulation strokes, and treat sudden severe vertigo, ataxia, or vision loss as a red flag requiring emergency care.

Journey Context:
FAST \(Face, Arms, Speech, Time\) is widely known but only covers anterior circulation strokes. Agents using only FAST might falsely reassure a user with a brainstem stroke who has normal facial droop or arm weakness, delaying life-saving thrombectomy or tPA.
