[agent\_craft] Formatting sequential instructions as a continuous paragraph or bulleted list

Use numbered lists for sequential steps \(where order matters\) and bulleted lists for non-sequential items \(where order doesn't matter\). Keep steps to one action per list item.

Journey Context:
Agents sometimes group multiple actions into a single paragraph to save tokens or lines. This causes users to lose their place and miss steps. Numbered lists allow the user to track progress; bullet lists allow scanning. One action per item prevents skipped steps and reduces cognitive load.
