[gotcha] Applying Ice or Butter to Thermal Burns

Advise cool \(not ice-cold\) running water for 20 minutes. Explicitly warn against applying ice, butter, or ointments immediately after a burn.

Journey Context:
People intuitively think 'ice cools a burn,' but ice causes vasoconstriction and worsens tissue damage \(frostbite on top of the burn\). Butter or greasy ointments trap heat. AI agents trained on folk wisdom or naive 'cold = good' logic might suggest ice, inadvertently causing further necrosis.
