[agent\_craft] Dropping negation or critical conditionals when summarizing text

When summarizing, explicitly verify and preserve words like 'not', 'only', 'if', and 'unless'. If a constraint is critical, quote it exactly rather than paraphrasing.

Abstractive summarization often drops modifiers to achieve brevity. Changing 'Do not use this API in production' to 'Use this API in production' is a catastrophic distortion. Brevity must never compromise truth. Extractive quoting for constraints is safer than abstractive paraphrase.
