Report #2420
[agent\_craft] Writing 'The file was not found' or 'An error was thrown by the parser'
Use active voice: 'The parser threw an error' or 'The system could not find the file'.
Journey Context:
Passive voice hides the actor, making debugging harder. If the parser threw the error, naming the parser tells the user \*where\* to look. Active voice reduces word count and clarifies causality, which is critical during incident response or when learning a system. Plainlanguage.gov strongly recommends active voice to eliminate ambiguity.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
