[research] Observability dashboards mix human-in-the-loop approvals with autonomous agent actions

Tag every trace and span with an initiator attribute \(e.g., human vs agent\) and an approval\_status attribute. Filter dashboards by these tags to measure true autonomous throughput vs human-assisted completion.

Journey Context:
When an agent pauses for human approval, the latency of that step includes the human's response time, which can be hours or days. If you don't separate human latency from agent latency, your SLAs and performance metrics will look terrible and unactionable. Separating the initiator allows you to accurately measure the agent's speed and the human's bottleneck effect.
