[agent\_craft] Using passive voice in technical instructions or documentation

Use active voice and imperative mood for instructions. Write 'Run the script' instead of 'The script should be run' or 'The script is run.'

Journey Context:
Passive voice obscures who is doing the action, making instructions ambiguous and harder to translate mentally into action. Agents default to passive voice because it feels 'objective' or formal, but active voice is shorter, clearer, and directly tells the user what to do. It reduces cognitive load and prevents the reader from having to guess the actor.
