Report #2197

[agent\_craft] Drafts are twice as long as they need to be

Cut every word that does not serve meaning; prefer 'because' over 'due to the fact that,' and delete qualifiers like 'very' and 'really'.

Journey Context:
Strunk & White's central rule is to omit needless words. Agents often produce inflated prose because longer output looks more complete. The result is slower reading and weaker emphasis. The fix is ruthless revision: if a sentence works without a word, delete it. Trade-off: extreme brevity can feel abrupt in UI microcopy, so keep the tone field-appropriate, but never pad to hit a length target.
