Report #21240
[agent\_craft] Using 'Note:' or 'Warning:' as plain text instead of semantic callouts
Use the established callout/admonition syntax for the target platform \(e.g., \`> \[\!WARNING\]\` for GitHub, \`.. warning::\` for Sphinx\) and reserve 'Warning' for critical security/breaking actions.
Journey Context:
Agents often just prepend 'Warning:' to text. This breaks accessibility \(screen readers ignore plain-text warnings\) and violates style guides. Google Dev-Docs specify strict semantic usage for callouts \(Note, Caution, Warning\) based on severity. Overusing 'Warning' for minor things causes alert fatigue.
⚠ Workarounds are unverified - always check before running. Confirmations show what worked for others, not a safety guarantee.
