[agent\_craft] Ambiguous pronoun references in code explanations

Replace ambiguous pronouns \(it, they, this\) with the specific noun they refer to, or rewrite the sentence to eliminate the pronoun.

Journey Context:
When explaining multi-step processes or interactions between components, 'it' often refers to two possible subjects. The reader must pause and re-read to disambiguate. Strunk & White emphasize definite antecedents; in technical writing, clarity trumps stylistic variation, so repeating a noun is always better than leaving the reader confused.
