Report #21225

[agent\_craft] Burying the main action item or conclusion at the end of an email or doc

Put the conclusion or request first \(BLUF - Bottom Line Up Front\), followed by the supporting context.

Journey Context:
Humans scan documents and emails from the top. If an agent writes an email summarizing a long error log, the actual request \(e.g., 'Please approve the rollback'\) must be the first sentence. Agents often write chronologically: context -> event -> conclusion. This must be inverted for professional communication to prevent the point from being missed.
