[agent\_craft] Summarizing long issue threads or RFCs by extracting the first and last paragraphs
Structure summaries as: 1\) Decision/Outcome, 2\) Action items, 3\) Key context/tradeoffs. Never just concatenate quotes from the thread.
Journey Context:
Agents tasked with summarizing discussions often do extractive summarization, pulling the intro and conclusion. This distorts the signal because the most important part of a thread is often the resolution in the middle, or the tradeoff that was debated. Humans reading a summary need to know what to do now and why, not a narrative of who said what first.
