[agent\_craft] Did 20 manual searches and still missed the relevant file

For exploration that clearly needs more than three searches, launch a subagent with a focused prompt.

Journey Context:
Broad codebase investigation is easy to do badly: the agent follows one breadcrumb, misses parallel locations, and burns context. A subagent gets a clean context and a focused mandate, then returns a compact summary. The parent should give it the question, not a fixed script, because the premise may be wrong. The threshold of 'more than 3 searches' is a practical heuristic from the tooling docs.
